Date/Time: Saturday, May 16th, 2020. 9:00am-6pm.
Procedures: Due to weather concerns, PWHS will adjust some of the parking and student/family pathways through the graduation process. There is a forecast of heavy rain and thunder storms.
1. Each student group will arrive at the time indicated below:
• Group#1 9:00-10:30am (Colton Adkins to Courtney Collier)
• Group #2 10:45-12:15pm (Alexis Collins to Levi Holsinger)
• Group #3 1:00pm-2:30pm (Gordon Holsinger to Amanda McGlone)
• Group #4 2:45-4:15pm (Madison McGlone to Arwen Randaisi)
• Group # 5 4:30pm-6pm (Galen Randall to CJ Whitt)
2. Student and families will arrive in the rear of the building next to the football field ticket booth at scheduled times. Students and their family group will walk through the south locker room door hallway to the cafeteria. Social distancing spots will be in the hallway. School personnel will help guide students and families through the process.
3. Graduation ceremonies will still be in the cafeteria as earlier planned. Once students receive their diploma (walk across the cafeteria stage) they will depart through the west end cafeteria door to gym.
4. Students will receive an individual picture at the north end of the PWHS gym with a professional photographer. Family members will walk to the south end of the gym for a family group picture opportunity.
5. Both students and families will then depart out of the south end of the gym to the parking lot.
6. We are requesting students and families bring masks as a suggestion to improve safety.
7. If students arrive as mentioned in an earlier email at a time they are not scheduled for, they will be placed to receive their diploma at a time convenient to the graduation process.
8. Big thanks to both Washington and Nile Fire Departments for their assistance in helping with the outside parking process and providing canopies outside the school.
