The PWHS Vocal Music Department will be presenting “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” at the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts at Shawnee State University on Mother’s Day Weekend, May 12, 13, and 14. The show is a musical comedy that took Broadway by storm, winning both the Tony Award for Best Musical and a Pulitzer Prize. It is a satire of big business and all it holds sacred. J. Pierrepont Finch (Will Bentley) uses a handbook called How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying to climb the corporate ladder from the window washer to top executive. The comedy and antics prevail throughout the musical as he weaves a web through the entire staff of the World Wide Wicket Company.
